Personal Sponsorship. Your organisation sponsors an individual leader's place in The Room. Either The Room only, or The Room combined with individual coaching sessions with Ivo. The investment goes directly into one person's development, with results that show up across their team and their leadership immediately.

Organisational Cohort. The Room can be brought in-house. A bespoke version of The Room, built for your leadership team or a selected cohort. Same format, same depth — designed around your organisation's specific context, culture, and development goals.
